Founder

Lisa is an experienced Human Resources and Organizational Development leader, learning designer/developer, and professional development coach. Her career is focused on creating engagement across groups to stimulate learning and shape long-term success. Because, she believes that given clear expectations, effective leadership, and basic resources, people can improve their own performance and positively impact change. Lisa has helped hundreds of leaders and entrepreneurs manage change, and grow profits, through better communication, training, and “just-in-time” resources and support programs. She has worked effectively across industries including consumer goods, technology, healthcare, and professional services. She started engagethem in 2018 after certifying as professional development coach through iPEC, to create an agency for clients seeking to create memorable and practical learning experiences and digital products for their employees, members, and customers.
